DAY 3 – EXERCISE TO ENERGISE – 7 DAYS TO SACRED SELF-CARE JOURNEY

Hello Gorgeous! 

(I have spent so much time on CapCut editing today’s video that I nearly gave up!!)

I’m not going to do that again in a hurry!

 

Anyway! – We are on Day 3 where we are going to look at the benefits of exercising to lift your mood and get your mojo flowing so that you can feel alive and energised ready to do your work for the day.

Exercise can also help you wind down by shifting excess stress hormones out of your body.

 

Today’s task is to tell us which exercise you like to do to help you lift your soul for the day.
