BREATHE & BE 

Hello Gorgeous!

We are into day 2 of creating a Self-Care practice that will nourish our souls and give us the energy, inspiration and motivation to navigate our lives, achieve our goals and most of all have the beauty and soul within us show up in our outer environment as our Divine Sacred Space.

No more chaotic living – only Living Authentically.

Today we are going to Breathe and Be!

We cannot live without breathing. Our breath brings in the air to fuel our body’s systems ie heart, brain function, converting fuel into energy for various parts of the body.  Our breath can supply our needs in terms of more oxygen to our muscles to get away from perceived danger, or bring on a feeling of euphoria in certain situations.

When we are in a state of panic, overwhelm, stress etc., we trigger our parasympathetic nervous system which causes us to take on more air and oxygen to feed our muscles to be able to fight, flee, freeze or faint to “get away from perceived danger”

Taking control of your breathing can help enormously to calm everything down, so that you can think clearly and make good decisions about your life.
