jengrant_teamworkHello Superstar!

Changing and challenging times for us in the United Kingdom – with just over half of the countries voting to leave the European Union.  The government has abandoned what it has caused and the opposition are falling and crumbling as we speak.   Stirling is in free-fall – immigrants being blamed for what? I don’t know!  – and the remaining EU countries are considering leaving as well!

In my humble opinion, we should never have joined – but hindsight is a wonderful thing and I hold the view that the past does not exists – the future does not exist – however we can create the future we want, with what we have right now, in the here and now!

My good friend Ian Hodgson wrote on Facebook –

Brexit: Some wise and perhaps comforting words from St Francis de Sales (1567-1622) for family and friends of Christian persuasion but also any belief, regardless of the way you voted.
“Do not look forward to the changes and chances of this life with fear. Rather, look to them with full confidence, that as they arise, God to whom you belong will in his love enable you to profit by them.

He has guided and guarded you thus far in life. Do you but hold fast to his dear hand, and he will lead you safely through all the trials. Whenever you cannot stand he will carry you lovingly in his arms.

Do not look forward to what may happen tomorrow. The same eternal Father who cares for you today will take care of you tomorrow and every day of your life. Either he will shield you from suffering or he will give you unfailing strength to bear it. Be at peace then, and put aside all useless thoughts, all vain dreads and all anxious imaginations.”

Meaning = let’s GET OVER IT!!

Stop the fussing over who’s right and for what reason – it’s done! Let’s start from here and now to use our talents, intelligence and resilience to create a brighter future. Trust that we can do this with the grace of God.

We are entrepreneurs, creatives and we are co-creators. We get paid for solving or healing peoples pain, whether perceived or real.  And I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that the world is in BIG PAIN! Even those who have plenty – they worry about how they are going to keep what they’ve got, while all the time hustling to get more.

We are here to do what we love and live to our full potential – it’s that simple! Getting to that beautiful, powerful place can sometimes be the real challenge that face us as business owners.

So how do you get the balance right when you have bills to pay and still want to have time to enjoy the fruits of your labour? And give the best value and the best of yourself, in love and service to your audience, clients and customers, while you have one eye on the fear mongers and distractors.

Here are 3 tips to help you move from the Brexit distraction to B-Love motivation  –

  1. Remembering and keeping focused on your Big WHY? – will get you back on track and keep you from those pesky, shiny distractions. It will help you to take a look at what’s going on around you and say “Hey! You know what? I’m not interested! I know where I’m going and nothing is going to stand in my way. What I have to do – what I love to do, is so important for the people I do it for, that it I will do whatever it takes to make it happen and in so doing I will play my part in making the world a better place. A place full of love consciousness, moving away from the darkness of fear!”
  1. Have a Creative Intuitive Plan – Having a framework in which you operate – so that every single minute of every single day you know what you are meant to be doing to reach your goal. (Read: The Sight Edge – Jeoff Olson) So that when distractions come along – even if they take you off the track for a while, you can pull yourself back into the game and carry on. I know for myself that I get distracted very easily and before, when I had no direction or plan, I would spend many hours down rabbit holes, looking at the next shiny object that will give me the answers. That’s until I realised that the answers are right here within me. I only had to decide to commit to what I truly desired and create a flexible plan within in a solid framework (the feminine and the masculine). Then action that plan.
  1. Positive Association – You become the average of the 5 closest people that you spend time with. So if you are hanging around the people who are constantly moaning about Britexit (as if they could possibly do anything about it right now) – you will start moaning too, just to have the sense of belonging to the group. You can only control your own thoughts and actions. Make sure those actions are for the benefit of getting you the real results that you want for your life. Find a mentor, coach or “accountability buddy” to hold your hand and keep you encouraged and inspired when times get tough and I’m sure you know that things will get tough! Join or form a community of like-minded inspired people – just as I have – you can book into my Business Love – London networking and mastermind group RIGHT HERE  –  And encourage and inspire others – it’s hard to be negative when you are smiling and helping others.

At the end of the day, I believe we are here for a reason – a purpose.

We are also here for each other as human beings.

None of us want to hate or be hated –

None of us want other peoples things, we want our own.

None of us want to fight with our neighbours – we understand that they have the same values as us and same dreams as us. To live in a world where we love and share and belong. With the freedom to go where we chose and do what we love – knowing we are doing good for others as well as ourselves.

Life is really really simple!

We just love to complicate it!!

I would love to learn your thoughts about moving on from the debate about Britexit –
