MY INSPIRATION STORY!
And so …. I’m on the plane – Waiting on the connecting flight from London to take off from Montreal, Canada to San Jose, Costa Rica.
And I look up at the backs of the seats, the ceiling of the aircraft, and at the flight crew.
And I get this huge wave of emotion!!!
I can’t say that was a feeling of panic!
It was more a sense of –
“What The Fuck Have I Done?
“What have I caused here?!!”
“How awesome is this?!”
It seems like one minute I’m sitting in my office in my rented, apartment in Catford, London, feeling stale, comfortable, almost bored and definitely lost! This feeling had been hanging on to me for quite a few months if not years. Things seemed to be ticking along nicely but not exciting or dare I say – edgy!
Over the years I have been involved with quite a few businesses and projects that were difficult to start and make a success of. Yet I somehow learnt what I needed to do to make a good job of them. I always managed to make a huge difference in the lives of the people I was working with within those ventures.
For example one company that I was involved with was trying to secure a govement New Deal contract for six years! I saw what the problem was and helped them to gain the £30,000,000 deal!
I have similar stories with many of the companies I was employed in.
Yet still somehow, my life transformation coaching practice was always running strong in the background. Mainly because I loved it so much and also because there were certain clients that would not let me go, no matter what else I was doing.
My gift is seeing the genius in others and helping to clear any subconscious or pragmatic blocks that may be holding them back from success, going for their hearts desires, showing up as their best version, while doing what they love.
At the beginning of the year (2024), I had made a decision to get unstuck. It was not serving anyone for me to be in the doldrums!
This life was not lighting me up!
Little did I know at that time that my life would get darker before the light.
So I set myself 3 audacious, near impossible goals to accomplished by December 31st – One of them being – To be living in Costa Rica by the end of the year. This flight was on the 1st September!
REWIND TO EARLY MAY
Things took a devastating turn that not only changed my plans, it changed my entire life!
My eldest son Rico had been suffering from renal failure for a very long time. He was waiting to be put on the transplant list for a new kidney. Two days before my birthday (on Mother’s Day in the US where by both my boys lived), I got a call from a doctor to tell me that Rico had suffered a second heart failure and they were not able to save him!
As you can imagine I was absolutely devastated! The pain is still beyond belief!
After everything we had to deal with as a family, we helped each other come to terms. I personally had huge help from my beautiful, soul-friends and awesome business owners in the membership (BBS) that I belong to. Plus, with the psycho-sensory tools I use in my work as a Coach, I managed to pull myself up and make sense of what happened.
What could I learn from this and turn it into something that I can help others?
I reconciled that – Tomorrow is a promise to no-one!
Rico is now out of constant pain. So many of his friends and colleagues came forward to us expressing how he lived his life doing what he loved and helping others with his kindness and friendship. He made a difference while he was here.
THE D.I.A.M.O.N.D. DOWNLOAD
This inspired me to up-level what I was offering in my Coaching business. I prayed and asked Rico for direction and insights, and I got a clear visual download of the word DIAMOND.
From this I matched the acronym with my 9 Soul-Shift principles and created the D.I.A.M.O.N.D.S. – SHINE framework! Take this into every area of your life and you become the best version of yourself, doing what you love for the world and having all of your hearts true desires – as your birthright!
Because tomorrow is a promise to no-one!
Living a life that lights you up means living in your sovereignty as a leader in your own life – where you feel vitalised, life is full of meaning, joy and happiness, doing your great work, feeling fulfilled, being proud of your achievements, making conscious loving connections, manifesting your hearts desires – radiating your diamond light from within! Where you can belong, be loved, be free!
What I call living a DIAMOND Life!
I took my own advice (and the suggestion of my younger son Desi, who is a energetics, shamanic healer and awesome singer/songwriter) to go for my own audacious goals and not wait a minute longer.
In order to go forwards I knew that I had to dig deep to realise who I was being at my core and how I was navigating the world at that time.
One of the methods I use in my practice to highlight this part of my clients behaviour is to discover their Dominant Feminine (or Masculine) Archetype.
Understanding your dominant archetype can provide powerful insights into your entrepreneurial or creative journey it can also help with aligning your core values with how you manifest your hearts desires.

WHERE AM I NOW?
With knowing I could trust my insights and decisions as “The Queen” and having so many signposts towards Costa Rica – I took my Empowered Action, with confidence and booked my ticket, gave my notice to my landlord – ordered the container to ship my belongings and hey-presto! – There I was on the plane travelling to my new destiny.
I’m happy to report that I’m now in Santa Teresa – Costa Rica – feeling expanded, calm, happy, light, connected to nature and to Source energy. Yes the greif hits me now and again – however I have the tools to be able to cope and reason with it and allow it to pass through me.
I’m creating my best work, showing up as my best version so far and things will only go from strength to strength, just because I am me, being in my light as “The Queen” and living a life that is lighting me UP!.
I am an audacious Queen
With my shining D.I.A.M.O.N.D. wand
I cast a spell with my existence and magic flows brightly within me
It radiates out to transform people’s lives and heal their hearts
I cause miracles and show others how to do the same !
I know that Rico is around me in spirit helping me to guide my people with unconditional love, non-judgement, inspiration, courage, creativity, wisdom and joy.
