Below is the link to the Diagnostic Form for you to do your Life Audit.
Please make sure that you answer all the questions as best and as honestly as you can.
That way I’ll be able to give the most appropriate response, advice or solution with as much of my knowledge, expertise and experience as I possibly can.

Just follow the 5 Steps that will guide you along.
STEP 1 – Click the link below – It will lead you to the Diagnostic Form. Read through and answer the questions.
STEP 2 – When you are happy that you have answered the questions as clearly and as fully as you can then Click Submit at the bottom of the form.
STEP 3 – As soon as I receive your form, I’ll deep-dive into your answers.
STEP 4 – Then I’ll create a video file, while sharing my screen, as I go through my responses. Which may comprise of personalised advice, book or video recommendations, further and more specific coaching questions or whatever I feel you might benefit from, at this stage in your journey. So that you are armed with the information you need to move away from your issues and forwards to your hearts desires.
STEP 5 – I will send you the recording of my responses to your Diamond Life Audit within 2 working days of receiving your Diagnostic Form answers.
If you have been gifted the – Special Bonus – of a live Coaching session for this month then you will be sent the booking link in the email that has the video with your DL Audit attached.
