There I was walking through the park. I could hear the trickling of the river and the ducks quacking nearby.
It was a crisp February afternoon, the sun was shining, the trees were bare of leaves and the grass still had some frost that had not melted. It was so cold I had my big winter coat on and a white fluffy scarf wrapped up over my nose.
As I breathed in the cold air and breathed out white steam my thoughts were on my state of mind and how I was feeling inside.
I felt lost and low! As I tried to find enthusiasm for the work I love to do I felt blocked, stuck! Somehow I had lost my inner spark, my inner drive! I could not work out why this was happening.
My home was comfortable and nicely decorated – I had food in my belly and roof over my head.
I had great soul-conscious friends and had awesome proactive clients.
My family were OK even after losing our beautiful mum the year before.
As I pondered on my life it dawned on me that I had become too comfortable! I had settled for mediocre – I had nothing to strive for. The major goals I had were no longer viable due to changes within the family and the political landscape. I hadn’t replaced it with anything new nd exciting – I needed something edgy and audacious.
I had previously had huge successes in my past –
I took one company that I work for to over a million pound turn over in just 10 months.
I enabled another company to seal a huge government contract that they had been trying for 6 years – it took me 6 months to help them achieve that. A £30,000,000 deal.
I had at one point a thriving hairdressing business.
My children were living their dreams in the US in the entertainment and hospitality industries.
I love to take on the impossible and transform it into gold.
So how have I reached this stage in my life where I feel like all those accolades and achievements are done and nothing new is on the horizon.
I felt lost, stuck and a bit disillusioned with the world which was affecting my performance, my relationships, my finances, and even beginning to affect my health with sleepless nights!
I made the decision to get out of this funk – to get my spark back!
Tomorrow is promise to no –one and I still had huge inner desires that I had not yet fulfilled with my work for the world, my relationships and my lifestyle. There is work to be done!
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the past 20 years, some who have come to me with similar challenges and I really helped them to move forward and “Ignite their Brilliance!” with my powerful coaching and psychosomatic modalities. So I can do the same for myself.
What was needed was an upgrade!
With that realisation, I set myself some audacious goals and set about achieving them. No more mediocre!
I would take myself through my own programme and be connected to my guides and angels. I’ll ask them for something deeper and better than I had before. I’ll upgrade everything as I go through the modules.
It took me 2 years of new learning, self healing, testing, fine tuning and getting feedback from clients as I worked with them alongside. I have come to point where I have deeper self-love, huge self-respect and diamond level self-worth!
This journey of deeper work has motivated me to make a bold move on one of my audacious goals. Move from Catford, London to be now living in Costa Rica, Latin America – Yeah Baby!!!
The energy here in this land is so vitalising!
Here is where I feel expanded, loved, energised and warm – hot even!!
No more cold mornings being miserable and lost! I’m creating my best work.
I have huge plans for my future and I’m meeting soul conscious new friends who are healers, coaches, creatives, artists and entrepreneurs who have the same vision of serving the world.
I’m living a life that lights me up!
I love my life!
