I’m so happy to have you here.
My friends call me Jen and I’m the founder of JBW Coaching & Events.
I run courses and development programmes for entrepreneurs and creatives.
For more than 18 years I worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs healing and transforming their personal lives and businesses projects using proven, highly effective modalities in bespoke containers.
I am currently creating a new vibrant and supportive membership club for previously successful yet now disillusioned business owners to reignite their inner sparkle, to show up as the best version of themselves and live a life that lights them up while doing what they love for the world.
I’m a mother, sister, daughter and loyal friend.
I can be seen running in the early hours along the streets and shores of Map Pais in Costa Rica.
I love eating delish food in nice places, bringing people together, even though I am an introvert, and watching seriously old movies. I LOVE to dance and I LOVE music!

Before starting work with the lovely Jennifer, I was plodding along with my business and getting easily distracted, not really seeing things through.
