Yes Guys! – it’s that time of year where you start to feel good.

The future looks bright and you feel anything is possible.

Time to set goals.

Time to take positive action on those goals.

Time to think about what you are going to achieve this summer.

Will this be the year that you finally write that book  - or pen that no.1 song –  or find the right manager?

Or are you going to start climbing that career ladder? Or start your business?

Could it be you are over whelmed with too many choices – (what a great place to be in?!).

You may need some help to sort it all out.

If any of this is striking a chord with you then there is one thing that you must do today…

The one thing that will lay a foundation for the rest of the day.  - And that is….?

GET OUTSIDE INTO THE SUN!!

Feel the sun on your on your face – on your skin. Let it warm and energise you.

Let it clear out the cobwebs. Let it fill you up with creativity and possibly.

When you have had your fill come in, settle down and start writing out what you really, really want to achieve for your life.

Remember the phrase “What would you do if you knew you could not fail?”

Make those goals and dreams really, really big – but be sure of what you want ‘cos you will get what you ask for. Trust me!

Write it all down in detail.

Put down how you will feel and what it will look like and smell, taste, sound like.

Write down when and where. You can even put down who will be there to share it with you.

Then when you are done put it up where you can see it every day.
